AstroBharat AI ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our') is committed to delivering high-quality astrology and spiritual guidance services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for services and products purchased on our platform (www.astrobharatai.com).
By using our platform and making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Please read this document carefully before completing any transaction.
All eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase or service delivery, whichever is earlier. Requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Consultation services are non-refundable once confirmed or completed. Please review astrologer profiles, ratings, and service descriptions carefully before booking. AstroBharat AI is not responsible for advice given during consultations.
In the event of a customer-initiated cancellation for physical products (Digital Mart), the customer shall be liable for all associated logistics costs, including outbound shipping, return-to-origin (RTO) charges, and applicable taxes. These incurred costs will be subtracted from the final eligible refund amount.
To initiate a refund request, please follow the structured process below within the eligible timeframe:

Navigate to 'My Orders' or 'Purchase History' in your account dashboard.
Select the relevant transaction and click 'Request Refund'.

Once a refund request is approved by our team, the refund will be processed as follows:
* AstroBharat AI reserves the right to issue refunds as platform wallet credits in lieu of original payment method in select cases.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting AstroBharat AI support, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.
We encourage users to resolve disputes directly with us before escalating to third parties.
